THIRA/SPRs Submitted

The annual Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Report (SPR) cycle has come to a conclusion. After many months of work, all required urban areas in California have submitted their assessments.

Haystax has assisted the California UASIs in the THIRA/SPR process since its inception in 2012. Our team provides support for project management, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, and interpretation and application of FEMA guidelines, as well as facilitation and management of workshops. Each year, we also participate with California UASI representatives in FEMA technical assistance sessions.
