This week, the last of the Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Reports (SPR) were submitted. This achievement is the result of over 2,500 hours of work throughout 2021, dozens of meetings, hundreds of emails and phone calls, and the involvement of over 300 stakeholders and subject matter experts from throughout each urban area.
