On May 15 and 16, FEMA will be offering a technical assistance session for the Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR) processes. Jason Carroll and Melissa Follstad from your Haystax California team will be attending the session so that they may continue to develop their knowledge of the THIRA/SPR in support of our California clients.
