Overview of 7.12 Features (Released 11/12/14)

  • “Forgot password” link on Sign On screen will allow users to reset their own passwords
  • New GIS-based Damage Assessment Reports (customizable for your location)
  • Users can click anywhere in Assessment Section button tabs (previously users had to click on the text itself in order for the button to register a click)
  • Asset Address now appears in Asset List screen
  • Assessment Highlights page now shows camera icons if sections includes photos
  • Ability to delete multiple assets at once from the asset list screen
  • Added “Primary Contact” attribute to Point of Contact (removed it from the Role choices and made it an attribute). Enables POC to be both “Chief Engineer” and “Primary Contact” for example, which was previously not possible.
  • Point of Contact bulk export, update, re-import (via XLS spreadsheet) feature. Requires Haystax Engineer support.
  • New Points of Contact Reports off the Asset List presenting all assets w/ their associated Points of Contact in one easy list
  • Jurisdiction checkbox tree no longer requires user to unselect the existing entry before making new entry. Allows for quicker edits.
  • New “Set Jurisdiction from GIS lookup” feature allows geo-coded assets’ jurisdictions to be automatically set on the Edit Asset page. Requires up front Haystax Engineer support to create the Jurisdiction GIS layer data.
  • More targeted Start->Search page. Removed “Description” as a searched field which allows for more targeted Start->Search page searches to aid in response.
  • Added latitude and longitude field to Asset List report
