Haystax Mobile App Updated to Version 2.5

Haystax Mobile App Updated to Version 2.5

With the newly released Haystax Mobile version 2.5 users can now view external map layers within the mobile app just as they would on the browser version of the site. In the mobile map, users will see a layers icon in the corner of the map that will open to the Layers Settings. Selecting a map layer and hitting “apply” at the bottom of the menu will open the layer on the map. Map layers that contain additional data such as camera layers or current wildfire perimeters can also be viewed. Similar to how such layers work in the browser version, users can click on an object to see the additional data in a pop-up box.

Smaller updates in version 2.5 also included updates to the user profile page, the app information displayed in the Help screen, and, on the back end, how the app handles templates for objects like assets or events.

Version 2.5 also included the following bug fixes.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed – Some extra fields showing in WebUI when creating new incident in mobile app
  • Fixed – Visual change to improve display of text when selecting Assessment Type
  • Fixed – Unable to search for text including square brackets “[]” in Field Reports list page
  • Fixed – Misc. Map App fixes (item ordering, layer display etc.)
