Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.6.0

Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.6.0. This update added a few key upgrades, as well as some minor bug fixes.

Haystax 3.6.0 saw multiple improvements to the list pages in the Assets, Incidents, Field Reports, and Events apps. Dynamic filtering was enabled, allowing users to find results quicker. The “create new item” function on these list pages was improved. Users can also now print the list pages to PDF files.

Update 3.6.0 also added the ability to import an iCalendar file was added. Users can now transfer scheduled events between an external calendar based app and Haystax.

Finally, this release improved the Settings pages allowing users to access Pending Invitations, Manage Access, and Manage Roles.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed – Print View does not return the expected results when using Tag Name filter on Asset Lists Page.
  • Fixed – Clear the total count cache on create, delete, or security change.
  • Fixed – Unable to create Assessments in some tenants.
  • Fixed – Assets List page content does not extend all the way to the bottom of the page.
  • Fixed – Alignment of list items when applying tags for Assets on the List page.
  • Fixed – Timeline on Dashboard page is occasionally crashing.
  • Fixed – Date range for field reports on the map is not filtering.
  • Fixed – Assets App List page – List of Tags for filtering options not sorted in Alphabetical order.
  • Fixed – Assets App List page – Insufficient contrast between pagination buttons on list pages.
  • Fixed – Asset Details not updated on Assessment Copy.
  • Fixed – Adding “webp” type graphics/file to the assessment results in PDF print error.
  • Fixed – Asset App: An error 412 is thrown when trying to access export to PDF on the Asset Lists page.
  • Fixed – Asset App: Export Excel produces empty file when filtering with Start/End date.
  • Fixed – Error is thrown for PCII users when accessing the Home Page in the PCII enabled tenant.
  • Fixed – Incident App: values in the “Status” column get replaced with Disable or Enable on Incident lists page.
  • Fixed – Field Report App: An error is thrown when trying to print to PDF on Field Report details page.

 

Also, on June 14, version 3.5.1 was pushed out. This minor release addressed bugs preventing filtering field apps by date on the map and viewing of timeline items on the dashboard page.
