Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.5.0

Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.5.0

Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.5.0. This update added three key upgrades, as well as some minor bug fixes.

Haystax 3.5.0 improved the user invitation process. This included changing the feature that allows users to be added to the system using a One Time Passcode option (rather than inviting them via email) so that users can be created using that feature and the codes/links downloaded into a file for later use. This will aid in administrators wanting to add users in bulk in advance of a training or special event, where those users may not have email access.

Update 3.5 also modified the Asset Details box displayed within Assessments. Asset Details data now continues to be updated based on changes made to data on the asset page until the assessment has been submitted. Upon submission a read-only snapshot is taken of the Asset Details and included in the assessment data.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed – Asset photos on Assessments are not always being displayed correctly.
  • Fixed – Update to an Asset’s Main Contact info not cascading to Assessment.
  • Fixed – Assessment filter dropdown does not work when text contains slash.
  • Fixed – Incorrect Icon displaying for some of the Field Reports markers on map.
  • Fixed – Hidden dependent questions should not be shown on the Assessment Print View.
  • Fixed – On-time filter does not return a result on the Assessment lists page.
  • Fixed – Data Groups selected on invite are not getting preserved upon invite acceptance.
  • Fixed – Errors in Data Streams cause the entire dashboard page to go blank.
  • Fixed – Issue with items’ visibility on the Map App.
