Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.18.0.
Version 3.18.0 introduced an added layer of system security with two-factor authentication. Once activated, this opt-in feature will apply to all users in a specific tenant. Please reach out to your Secure Passage point of contact if this is a feature you would like to enable.
Two-factor authentication requires users to enter an authorization code subsequent to entering their password. The code is sent to the user via email, text message, or various authenticator apps.
This release also included an update to streamline the incidents list page. For tenants that have only one type of incident, the “Type” filter and column will be hidden.
Version 3.18.0 also included the following bug fixes.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed – Asset Excel export not filtering by tags
- Fixed – Manage Access page not showing all permissions
- Fixed – Assessment Create modal missing ability to set as “PCII”
- Fixed – Attached images do not rotate properly, even with orientation key/value present
- Fixed – Asset Import ignores latitude/longitude data mapping (csv import)
- Fixed – Assessment templates in “not ready” status being listed as option when creating new assessments
- Fixed – “Acknowledge” Assessment status should prevent edits
- Fixed – Activity Log in Assessments App potentially missing entries
