Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.17.0 This update modified the assessments application to further support the approval workflow built into the assessment process in Haystax. When a user submits an assessment for which there is another user set as the designated Approver (or someone needing to approve the assessment after submittal before the assessment is considered final), the Approver receives a notification. Previously, the Approver could then mark that assessment as approved or disapproved. With version 3.17.0, the Approver will also now be able to mark a submitted assessment as “Acknowledged” without making an indication of approval or disapproval. This new assessment status is intended to assure the submitting user that their assessment has been received, and is intended to allow the Approver greater flexibility in managing assessments.
Version 3.16.1 also included a bug fix to adjust the PDF that is generated from the Manage Access application.
Earlier, on July 22, we also pushed out version 3.26.3. This small release addressed minor bugs, including a missing notification page, refresh rate of some map layers, and formatting in assessment PDFs.
