Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.13.0

Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.13.0

Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.13.0. This app included two larger updates and six bug fixes.

The biggest update in this release is one that will enable us to better support you. We have updated the Help page of the system to enable Secure Passage users to modify the help content directly rather than having the engineering team create each update. We can now update the Overview, FAQs, and Training sections independent of our engineering team. This will enable us to make more frequent and responsive updates. Stay tuned for new content in these areas!

Version 3.13.0 also finished the asset assignment feature we partially rolled out in 3.12. Users can now assign users to assets when creating an asset or from the Overview section of existing assets. This feature was partially rolled out in the last release but is now fully available to all users. The next step in this feature is to add an email notification option that will send users emails when they are assigned an asset. Look for that function to be added soon!

They 3.13.0 release also contained the following bug fixes.
Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed – Team Member location popup on the map displays UTC time.
  • Fixed – Unable to edit/update the “assign to” field when creating a new asset without adding to the School (Assigned to) template.
  • Fixed – New application users do not see any markers/pins on the Map.
  • Fixed – Filtering the Events, Incidents and Data Steam on Dashboard map do not render correctly.
  • Fixed – Map App page occasionally goes blank when user enables Live Feed.
  • Fixed – Issues with (partial) name key text search on Advanced Search page.
