Haystax/Cal COP has been updated to version 2.3.11!
The most significant change we made is enabled you to add scoring on assessments. This feature must be activated in each site. Please contact your Haystax project manager to configure and enable it.
- Assessment scoring
- Users can now submit assessments that can produce a score based on the answers to certain questions in the assessment. This score can be used to show the level of compliance or any other high-level metric that is useful from the assessment.
- The score ranges can be classified into levels, such as [High, Medium, Low] or [Compliant, Non-compliant], etc.
- The assessment score and level can be transferred to Asset on which the assessment is conducted upon submitting the assessment. This score and level values on the Asset are not editable and can only be updated by submitting assessments.
- The asset score and level can be exposed in the Asset list view, Reports, Map, etc.
- Bug fixes
- Fixed display issues where Asset names, if they had special characters such as &, < or >, were being distorted.
- Fixed an issue where the permissions on the attached photos to an assessment were not being recorded accurately.
