Cyber Requirement in FY2020 Notice Of Funding Opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) recently released Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for
Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 for the Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) includes a new element not required in previous years. Recipients must now address cybersecurity with at least 5% of their funding.

For jurisdictions receiving Homeland Security Grant Program funds, Haystax’s Cyber Risk Analysis provides an approachable method of addressing that new requirement.

At the core of our offering is a Cyber Risk Assessment Tool, developed using our patented risk analytics methodology, which quickly and accurately provides a risk-based prioritization of your information security assets. Our analysts will guide you through a process that engages local subject matters, directly connects your critical infrastructure to your cyber risk, and leaves you with an informative product that is able to be sustained and expanded as your cyber assets evolve.

Haystax recently completed a Cyber Risk Assessment of a major city’s information security assets. We are excited about leveraging our work to help other State and Local Government’s tackle this pressing problem.
