Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.23

Haystax/Cal COP Updated to Version 3.23

Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.23. This update included two larger enhancements and a bug fix.

Assessments now have the option to be assigned an “owner”. Furthermore, the assessments are also able to define and assign new types of notifications related to the assessment. Previously, the only notification available was for a user being assigned an assessment. With the new update, there are also updates available for status changes of the assessment. The user is able to decide if they would be like to be notified for ANY status change on the assessment, only on submission, or only on approval in addition to the initial assignment notification. The user is also able to designate multiple recipients for these notifications.

The second change was to the Map function of the site. The filters have been streamlined and users now have the ability to select more than one layer within the filters.

Version 3.23 also included the following bug fixes.

  • Fixed: Filtering by Text Search on Assessment Template does not render correctly
