Today, Haystax was updated to version 3.16.0. This update redesigned how the Manage Data Groups function of the system works, including the introduction of a new User Group concept that will eventually be used for item assignment. Version 3.16 also updated how attachments are managed, enabling them to automatically resize and convert to streamline storage requirements and ensure proper printing of PDFs.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed – Manage access filtering by Data Group does not apply to groups inherited via roles
- Fixed – Issue with running assessments’ Activity Report
- Fixed – Map App: Network Error when trying to test External Data layers
- Fixed – Assets App: Text Search functionality on List Page causes endless loop in data request
- Fixed – Some users unable to create assessments without access to all asset’s data groups
- Fixed – Ordering of Asset Type on left side menu (when asset split by type is enabled)
Today, we also released version 2.3.1 of the Haystax Mobile App, which included the following bug fixes:
- Fixed – Name / Caption for images not being displayed
- Fixed – Issue with cascading dropdowns on certain items not rendering options
- Fixed – Android devices not saving “remembered” username on login
- Fixed – Intermittent issues with saving/uploading certain media files
Earlier this month, on May 24, we pushed out a minor update. Version 3.15.1 addressed the following bugs:
- Fixed – Shared data groups are being copied from Asset to an Assessment
- Fixed – Map App External Data Layer filter allows single select only
- Fixed – Dashboard/Home displays Asset Details Activity in a single color
- Fixed – Users without admin permissions cannot create Assessments from list page
- Fixed – Map App is render blank when user tries to access Live Feed filters
- Fixed – Assets List Page – some user may get a blank page when trying to access list of Assets
